The app covers more than 50 profiles in blue-collar and grey collar categories including Workers, Labour, Delivery boys, Office boys, Tele callers, Engineers, Technicians, Security guards, Housekeeping staff, Maids and more.
Using your mobile number you can register on our website. If you are using the app you will automatically get registered as you download the app. After this, you need to upload your PAN card details to authenticate and verify yourself as an employer in 48 hours. The job posting can be done by putting desired profile details along with skill sets, you can even put questions to test the employee, and you can find relevant employees as per your requirement from the list of employees/ users on the app and select. If you don’t select or search for employees then also after job posting employees will reach out to you and apply to your job posting.
This is the USP of our platform, we operate on a success fee-based model and prefer to charge only when the employee completes one month on the job and the employer is satisfied with the employee. The charges will be only equivalent upto 6 days’ salary of the employee.
In case employee leaves before 1 month of job completion then Otu will not charge of that employee.
An employee provided through our platform will be triple verified in certain categories i.e. Tech-based verification, video verification & franchise partner verification. Beyond this, there is systemic risk involved in every category
Our platform gives flexibility in terms of the verification system. It depends on the job category to determine the verification compulsion i.e. Security guard or maid where personal interaction happens with the employer to employee, in such cases our franchise partner will conduct the verification process including address verification, police verification etc apart from tech-based verification through APIs.
That is the beauty of our system, HR contact numbers will not be reflected on our platform. The employee will be able to connect to HR through the app only. So it is optional for the Employer to remain online on the app if he/she wants to attend employee calls or requests.
Our skill filter will help you here. Every job profile in the app shall have 5 skills by default, in case any specific skill is required it can be added by our team upon request.
In this case, the fee shall be based on our general calculation. For instance if a driver charges Rs. 500 per day, his monthly salary becomes Rs. 15000 and OTU fees for monthly hiring become Rs. 1000 and daily it shall be Rs. 30 (1000/30 days) for the second visit onwards Rs. 10 is charged for every visit.

Profile video determines the completeness of your profile. It will increase your chances of getting the job since it is as good as 60% to 70% of your first round of interview.
