We are looking for a DevOps Engineer/SRE to build, manage and maintain our AWS-based infrastructure.

DevOps/SRE responsibilities include building scalable and reliable infrastructure on AWS using deployment management tools like Kubernetes and Docker, deploying product updates, expecting, identifying, and fixing production issues.  

This role requires previous experience and is not an entry-level position.

DevOps Engineer/SRE Responsibilities: 

• Designing, setting up, and maintaining server infrastructure built on AWS services
• Designing and implementing deployment processes and infrastructure
• Defining, Setting up, and Supporting tools for software development, release management, and deployment processes
• Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation
• Have the technical skill to review, verify, and validate the architecture of existing systems.
• Troubleshooting techniques and fixing the server related issues
• Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management
• Incidence management and root cause analysis
• Defining, Selecting, and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools and processes
• Working with developers and managers to ensure site reliability

DevOps Engineer/SRE Skills:

• At least 3+ years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer/SRE with  AWS cloud
• Understanding of Java backend development from a deployment, performance, and troubleshooting perspective
• Experience working on Linux-based infrastructure
• Database management/DBA experience (MySql/AWS Aurora/PostgreSql)
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with git, Jenkins, Linux command line, AWS CLI, Kubernetes, and Docker. 
• Understanding of Mobile and Web development is a plus, but not essential
• Awareness of current state-of-the-art in DevOps/SRE tools and choices, like Helm charts, Ansible, Packer, and more.
