As a Regional Sales Manager, you will bring creative energy and drive growth as you manage high impact initiatives related to growing Company’s business. In the position, you will have the ability to quickly identify, prioritize, and execute on opportunities that drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Directs and defines the sales strategy of the organization for the region.
- Ability to deliver against assigned targets and goals for the identified region.
- Accountable for achieving sales objectives, team performance & development and controlling sales expenses.
- Manage the client funnel track improvements in key metrics.
- Design and implement metrics to monitor the success of sales processes, and refine the process flow based on actual on-ground feedback.
- Work closely with the product team to solve for problems at the ground level using technology.
- Be a thought partner to product teams by taking the insights from clients and help in improving our offerings.
- Builds strong relationships with key leaders, partners, stakeholders and customers, internal or external to the sales organization.
- Develops and strengthens relationships with strategic and top customers.
Desire Candidate:
- Post Graduate studies in Business Management preferred.
- Overall 8+ years of total experience
- Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in selling manpower solutions
- Proven track record of leading teams successfully on key attributes
Salary : You will work directly under the Reginal Sales Head.
